Royal one, plan to start the construction by the end of this year. Today i just visit the construction site. There is no construction machine moved to construction as yet, but seem like they are preparing for construction soon. Here i just would like to share some information about this project base on Skyscrapercity. Innovation and Design of Royal One: The project has been designed around the concept of effective land use, allowing two towers to fit into a relatively limited land area - the plot being located on Monivong Boulevard, near to Central Market and Canadia Tower. The first of the two towers will serve as an office building and the second one as a hotel and residential building. Description: Twin Towers - One tower of office building, one tower of mixed-use hotel and residential building, the two buildings are connected with the parking floors and retail podium. Cambodia Skyline - Construction Site of Thai Boon Rong Twin Tower WTC in Phnom Penh October 2018 Just few day ago,i visited Koh Pich. On my way back i took short video of construction site of TBR WTC. I am not sure because it is on holiday or because other reason, but seem no activities in the construction site. And the grass grow very well inside the construction site. Anyway, wait to see how it going . Watch the video:
