Phnom Penh, the biggest city of Cambodia have a big change in real estate sector. Most investor in this sector are Chines.
Here i would like to show you an update of few top high rise projects in Phnom Penh city. These projects are under construction and suppose to make new look of Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
1). THE PEAK|55 Floors||220m
This is one of unique and tall high rise project in Phnom Penh which located on the river bank next to Koh Pich (Diamond Island).

This is also one of modern and glass high rise projects in this city,. It stand just right opposite to the PEAK. There are two building in this project. One is for office and another one is a condo for living.
3). THE PARKWAY- Have Three Building is also under construction
If the Peak and Diamond twin tower location is near by the river, THE PARKWAY is located on north of Phnom penh city, Not really north of the city, but in the North or we call Toul Kok area.
In this project there are 3 building. The construction is very fast.
4). THE GAETWAY||33 & 36 Floors
Located on the main street of Phnom Penh, Russia Blvd, THE GATEWAY is one of the top high rise in this city. Top high rise because it located on the best place and the design of this building also look so good, unique and attractive.
5). ONE PARK - Phnom Penh City Center.
The development project which have more than 10 building more than 10 floors located in Phnom Penh city, or known as former Boeng Kok area. This is gonna be a best place in the near future.
The reason is it is a center of Phnom Penh.
